Viognier

Thanks to the altitude of the vineyards, located at 950 meters above sea level, and the temperature variation between days and nights, of about 15°C, these Viognier grapes show unique and outstanding characteristics, with a very good concentration of aromatic precursors and a perfect balance between acidity and sugars produced by the vines.

	100% of the blend is aged in stainless steel tanks for 12 months.
	Bottle ageing: 4 months.
	Uco Valley, Tupungato, La Arboleda.
