Chardonnay

Hand-harvested in boxes. Hand-picked selection of bunches and berries. Pre-fermentation cold maceration. Brilliant yellow with straw-colored glints and an elegant bouquet. Complex, with notes of fruit and white flowers in perfect harmony with soft aromas of butter and honey from its careful aging in French oak. On the palate it has a subtle flavor of fresh oak and a long, smooth acidity. Creamy and unctuous.

	50% of the blend has contact with French oak barrels for a period of 8 months.
	Bottle ageing: 4 months.
